What we collect

We collect your name and WhatsApp number to record your request and coordinate the community. Email address and city are optional. We also record the consent you give, your programme status, and any support or privacy requests. We do not ask for health details, payment information, identity documents or passwords through this form.

Why we use it

We use these details to administer the challenge, protect the community, respond to your requests and keep necessary operational records. We do not sell personal data or use this form to create an account.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorised Off Balance operators. Vercel and Neon operate the website and database; Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse; Resend may send operational email when configured. If you join the WhatsApp community, other members can see your phone number and WhatsApp profile information.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw WhatsApp consent. Use the contact page; we verify requests before changing records to protect participants. We keep data only as long as needed for the challenge, support, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS and restricted operator access, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. If this notice changes materially, we will publish a new version before collecting consent to the new wording.
